Washington County Schools is now handling all job postings and applications on-line. You can use our new on-line system to browse available job postings, choose from multiple types of job applications, easily complete and update an application, apply for one or more positions, attach supporting documentation, and receive confirmation emails for each step in the process. The Human Resources Department of the Washington County School System is responsible for maintaining records for all contracted and non-contracted employees, retired employees, and resigned employees. Employee contracts and licensure updates for educators are issued from this department. Input from Human Resources to Payroll determines pay and benefits entitlements, and all requests for transfer, resignation, retirement and other employment actions are processed through this department. All employment applications are submitted to Human Resources and interviews are scheduled through it. The automated substitute teacher system and all Temporary Employment forms are administered through Human Resources.
